What to expect
This should evoke memories of the classic Neapolitan ice-cream whilst providing a more rounded and balanced taste experience with the sweetness of the cake, bright tartness of berries, salty nuttiness of sesame and miso, and richness from chocolate.

The Sponge-
1 layer each of light cocoa, strawberry and butterscotch.
The Filling
Raspberry and Lychee Jam, M and M cookie pieces, chocolate ganache and a border of miso and black sesame brown sugar buttercream.
The Finishing Touches
